The applicant / original respondent in Second Appeal No.753 of 2009 prays that the appellant is a Senior Citizen and therefore, list the Second Appeal for final hearing, out of turn. Learned Advocate for the respondents submits that whenever the matter will be listed, he would be ready.

The Second Appeals filed in 1991-1992 and a few of second appeals of 1980 are in queue for final hearing. 3.

As such, this Civil Application is allowed and the Second Appeal No.753 of 2009 is listed in the Weekly Final Hearing Board commencing from 9.4.2018.
