It is revealed during the course of argument that the applicant/acquiring body has complied with the interim stay order by depositing 50% of the amount of compensation under the Award. As such, interim stay granted by this Court needs to be confirmed.

ORDER

(i) The stay application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). (ii) Interim stay granted by this Court dated 04.02.2021 is hereby confirmed till final disposal of the appeal.
