Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the government has sanctioned an amount of Rs.22,927/- towards rental compensation of the petitioner. The same amount would be transferred to acquiring body.

Learned advocate for the acquiring body submits that after this amount is received, the same will be disbursed to the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the petitioner disputes the quantum of the amount of rental compensation. If he is aggrieved by the
