In view of the above, this Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. Matrimonial Petition No.50/2016 shall be transferred to the court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed. The litigating sides shall appear before the concerned Court at Beed on 08.04.2019. The other proceedings, in which the dates are prior to 08.04.2019, shall also be adjourned to 08.04.2019. The concerned courts before which all these proceedings between the parties are pending, shall grant common dates so as to reduce the hardships of the Respondent and enable him to appear in the proceedings in his common visits at Beed.

It would be open to the parties to have their dispute referred to the Mediator at Beed so that they could explore the possibility of resolving their dispute and preferably saving their marriage. Insofar as the transferred proceeding is concerned, the concerned Court would consider deciding the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30.04.2020. kps (RAVINDRA V.
