The applicant is original accused, who intends to challenge the conviction awarded to him by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hingoli, Dist. Hingoli in Sessions Case No.54/2016 dated 22.03.2022, however, there is delay of 231 days. The applicant is in jail. Under such circumstance, for the reasons mentioned in the application the delay stands condoned.
