Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2 since the year 2013, same is not yet decided. 2.

According to the petitioner, even vigilance is not conducted. 3.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents. 4.

In case the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall endeavour to decide the said proceeding expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 5.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 15.2.2021. 6.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
