The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that there is delay of 57 days in preferring the Civil Revision Application. Notice is issued in the application and the respondents are served. 2.

The learned Advocate further submits that the applicant No.1 is suffering from kidney issues and undergone a kidney surgery during the period of April 2022. He is also under the consistent treatment of the doctor. The applicant No.2 is the only person in the family and whole family dependent on applicant No.2. In view of the circumstances, the civil revision application is filed within 57 days and delay caused is not intentional.

For the reasons mentioned in the application for condonation of delay is allowed and disposed of. List the Civil Revision Application for hearing on 09/08/2023.
