Though this Court had earlier issued notice to the respondents, what is transpiring is that the main ground on which the cancellation of bail is prayed under Section 439 (2) of Cr.P.C. by the applicant/informant that there is breach of terms of the conditions those were imposed by the learned Sessions Judge while releasing respondents No.2 to 6 on bail. It appears that the informant has directly come to this Court. In fact, she should knock the doors of the same Court first. Taking into consideration this position of law, the learned Advocate appearing of the applicant seeks withdrawal of this application with liberty to approach the same Court under Section 439 (2) of Cr.P.C.

Taking into consideration the grounds noted in the application, the applicant is allowed to withdraw the application with liberty as prayed. 3.

Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
