In the light of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In the event the petitioner desires to cross-examine the said witness and makes a request to the Trial Court for permission, the Trial Court shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law and without being influenced by the observations made by the Trial Court in its earlier order dated 1212-2014.
