Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2.

It is the contention of the applicants that applicant No.1 is running 69 years. The deceased son was the only earning member of his family. He is getting salary pension of Rs.974/- per month only. The deceased son was looking after the family. However, due to his untimely death, the applicants are put on starvation. Hence, the matter may be listed for final hearing. 3.

Considering the age and financial crisis of the applicants, the appeal may be listed for final hearing out of turn.
