The office objection is frivolous, hence set aside. 2.

This application is for condonation of delay of 590 days in bringing LR's of deceased sole appellant on record. It is the contention of the applicants, applicants are villagers and most of them are illiterate. They also are residing at different places whereas the deceased died at his native place. According to them, there is no intentional act on the part of the applicants in not bringing LR's of the deceased on record in time. attributed to the applicants for not making application in time. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' to 'D'. Amendment be carried out within two weeks.
