The applicants have filed this application to transfer the amount to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nanded in view of disposal of appeal.

Heard. Perused the report submitted by the Section Officer (P.L.A. Section). The amount of Rs.71,791/- is lying deposited together with interest calculated upto 25.02.2020.

In view of the disposal of appeal, the amount lying deposited and invested with this Court be transferred to the Claims Tribunal, Nanded and the same be treated as deposits made in M.A.C.P. No.304/1997 decided
