The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that in the meantime charge-sheet has been filed. He wants to place copy of charge-sheet on record and seeks leave to amend. 2.

Leave is granted. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks and copy of charge-sheet to be filed on record. In the meantime, office objections also be removed by the applicant. In case of failure on the part of the applicant to carry out amendment and removal of office objections, then application would stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court.

Considering the contents of the FIR, it appears that it has been lodged by Police Constable in his official capacity and, therefore, it is not necessary that he would be made party by name. The learned APP waives notice for respondent. 4.
