Respondent No.1 has moved this motion for speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated 11.12.2015, delivered by this Court. Contention is that the appeal to be filed by respondent No.1 would lie before the Divisional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, Latur and not the Deputy Director for Physically Handicapped, Social Welfare Department. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner confirms the said statement. 3.

In the light of the above, the designation of the authority "Deputy Director for Physically Handicapped, Social Welfare Department" shall stand replaced in paragraph No.7, by the name of the authority, "Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, Latur." 4.

Correction in paragraph No.7 be carried out accordingly and a corrected copy of the order be issued.

Motion is accordingly allowed.
