We have heard the learned A.G.P. and Mr. Awate, learned Counsel for the Respondent / Sole.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the order of this Court is complied with. The name of the Petitioner is already included in the Shalarth Pranali. In fact, on 04.01.2022 the Applicant was present, however, could not instruct him and the Court issued warrant.
