03.06.2019 P.C. :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 1 to 3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners the application for transfer of the school submitted in 2003 is not yet decided. Even reminder was issued in the year 2012, the same is also not considered. The learned A.G.P. submits that in view of Right to Education Act the parameters have undergone change.

The petitioners may make a fresh application for the transfer of school as may be permissible under the relevant rules and executive instructions to the concerned authorities. In case such an application is submitted the concerned authorities shall take decision upon it on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of application.
