Criminal Application No. 123 of 2022 is filed for amendment since during pendency of the main criminal application, charge-sheet has been submitted.

Learned counsel submits that though this is the crime of the year 2016 and the charge-sheet came to be filed in the year 2018 vide R.C.C. No. 34 of 2018, only accused Madhukar s/o Sahebrao Pole, Narsing s/o Govindrao Mantalwad and Shivaji s/o Ramrao Potdar came to be served with the summons of the said case just few days

24-CriAppln-123-2022 -2back i.e. one and half month back. The applicants got knowledge about filing of the charge-sheet only one and half month back. 4.

In view of the above statement made on oath in para no. 2 of Criminal Application No. 123 of 2022, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed off accordingly. 5.

Leave to file the entire copy of the charge-sheet. 6.

Stand over to 25.04.2022.
