The petitioners seek directions against respondent nos.1 to 3 to record the name of the Kabrastan in other rights column of the land bearing Survey No.463 situated at village Pathrud, Tal. Majalgaon. 2.

Mr Dhage, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the panchanama has been drawn by the revenue authorities wherein the Kabrastan is also shown, but in the other rights column the entry of the Kabrastan is not being mutated.

The learned AGP submits that if the revenue authority is not taking the cognizance of the application of the petitioners for Gajanan

mutating the name, then a Committee is constituted under the Circular dated 13-02-2015.

In that event the petitioners may approach the constituted Committee. The Committee shall consider the application of the petitioners and may take appropriate steps in accordance with law, expeditiously.
