Mr. Bhokarikar, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioner is entitled for the pay scale of Rs. 5500 - 175 - 9000 since the initial date of appointment.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader also.

It does not appear that, the petitioner at any point of time had made grievance about the pay scale earlier. Considering the said fact, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage.

The petitioner if so advised shall make representation to the appropriate authority with regard to the pay scale. In case such representation is received, the appropriate authority shall consider and decide the said representation on its own merits in accordance with law and consider all the relevant aspects of the matter including the time gap, etc. after hearing the petitioner expeditiously. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
