We have heard Mr. Girase, learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Narwadkar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3. Mr. Jadhav, learned Advocate for respondent No.2 and learned A.G.P. for respondent No.1.

Mr. Girase, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposals are pending with respondent No.3 for starting of GNM course. The same is not yet considered by respondent No.3.

The respondent No.3 shall consider the application of petitioner for opening GNM college in accordance with the statute, rules and regulations in force.
