This is an application for restoration of Second Appeal St. no. 25246/2024 by condoning delay of 31 days caused in filing he application. Appeal came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections.

Appeal came to be dismissed before issuing notice to the respondents as such, notice to respondents at this stage is dispensed with.

Perusal of the application shows that delay caused in filing the application is satisfactorily explained. Hence, application stands allowed.
