Before the hearing in the matters could start, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions of the applicants, submitted that since the learned Sessions Judge has reported that the trial would be concluded within a period of four months, the applicants wish to withdraw the present applications with liberty to file similar applications after a period of four months.
