Learned counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner is appointed as a Shikshan Sevak on 21.11.2011. The Management has submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak. The same is not considered as yet. 4.

Learned A.G.P. states that in case the said proposal is pending then the authority would decide the same on its own merits.

In case the proposal is forwarded by the Management,

seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak (Exh.E) and if the same is pending then the Education Officer, shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months. 6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
