When the present petition was taken up for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 to 5, on instructions from Mr.Kulkarni Venkat Vasantrao, Administrative Officer, Zilla Parishad, Parbhani, submitted that all the pensionary benefits were paid to the present petitioner. Learned Counsel further informs that till the petitioner was alive, he was also paid the regular pension. Learned Counsel further informs that after his death, the legal representative of the deceased petitioner are regularly getting the family pension amount.
On such information given by learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.3 to 5, Shri S.S.Choudhari, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, was fair enough in submitting that nothing survives in the writ petition to be considered by this Court and the writ petition may be disposed of in view of the statement made by the AGP/-
