Mr. Ingale, learned counsel submits that other first appeals arising out of the award passed by the 1/2

1035.doc reference Court in respect of the lands acquired under Notification dated 2/12/1982 from village Makni have been allowed by this Court vide judgment dated 8/1/2000 passed in First Appeal No.574/92 with other connected appeals.

In the present appeal also, the lands acquired by Notification dated 2/12/1982 are from the same village Makni and they are acquired for the same project. 3] The learned A.G.P. after confirming the said position, accedes to the same. In light of above, and for the reasons recorded in judgment dated 8/1/2000 by the learned Single Judge of this Court in F.A.No.574/92, with other connected appeals, the present appeals are also allowed. The market value of the acquired lands is determined at Rs.17000/- per acre alongwith benefit of solatium and statutory interest as laid down under the Land Acquisition Act.

First Appeals are accordingly disposed of.
