The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the management has forwarded the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Full Time Librarian, the same is not yet decided.

In case, the proposal forwarded by the management (Exhibit-E) is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
