Vide order dated 13.6.2023, this Court has observed as under :- "The learned Counsel for Respondents No. 1 to 6 submits that the appeal was in fact dismissed on 24.02.2016 but subsequently it was restored vide order dated 24.11.2017. However, thereafter also, nobody appeared on behalf of the appellant and therefore, this Court vide order dated 09.12.2019, had specifically kept it for passing dismissal order. It appears that after the said order, the appeal was not listed till today. Today also, nobody appeared for the appellant and, therefore, the matter is now kept for final hearing by way of last chance, failing which the same will be dismissed.

Stand over to 27.06.2023."

Thereafter, matter was listed on 3.1.2024. The learned counsel for the appellant appeared in the matter. Thereafter on 7.8.2024, again none appeared for the appellant and the matter was kept for dismissal on 26.8.2024. Today also none appeared for the appellant. The appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
