Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants in all these applications are seeking withdrawal of compensation amount. 2.

The learned counsel for the Acquiring Body submits that the Acquiring Body has deposited 75% amounts of the awards under the directions of this Court. According to learned counsel for the

applicants, this Court vide order dtd.14.10.2021 had permitted the applicants in other connected matters to withdraw 60% of the amounts of compensation. In view of the same, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw their respective 60% amounts of compensation of the impugned awards along with the accrued interest thereon till date by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 3.

The remaining amounts be invested in F.D.R. in any Nationalized bank on yearly renewal basis till disposal of these appeals.
