Petitioners claim about having admitted students under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009, and are seeking reimbursement.

We have heard learned advocate for the petitioners, learned AGP, the learned advocate for the respondent - Zilla Parishad and the management as well as the union.

Writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents, particularly respondent no. 5 - Education Officer and the Zilla Parishads concerned, to undertake the process, scrutinize the petitioners' claims and if they are found entitled to have the reimbursement, shall process it as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks to the extent the petitioner or any of them are found entitled to have reimbursement, respondents no. 1 to 4 shall take immediate steps for releasing the money within six weeks thereafter.
