wp676.18 submits that the Petitioner would be satisfied in case Respondent No.3 is directed to decide the pending proposal for grant of approval to the services of Petitioner within stipulated period. 2.

In the light of submissions made across the Bar, we direct Respondent No.3 to take final decision on the pending proposal for grant of approval to the services of the Petitioner, if already not taken, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, however in any case within four weeks from today.

With the above observations and directions the Writ Petition stands disposed of. .
