Heard learned counsel for the applicants. The order impugned in this Civil Revision Application is passed below application Exh.16 moved for rejection of the plaint in Regular Civil Suit No.726/2020. The suit has been filed for injunction simplicitor. For rejection of the plaint, the averments therein have only to be gone into. Close reading of the plaint indicates the averments as regards the plaintiff's claim and cause of action, seeking relief of perpetual injunction. According to learned counsel for the applicants, the suit is hit by principle of mis-joinder of parties. Same cannot be a cause for rejection of the plaint. On going through the impugned order, I find no reason to interfere with. Civil Revision Application is dismissed. ( R. G. AVACHAT ) JUDGE fmp/-
