Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that appointments of the petitioners are approved. The Education Officer has already forwarded the proposals to the Deputy Director of Education for including the names of the petitioners in the Shalarth Pranali after 8th September, 2020 onwards. 2.

In case, respondents do not include names of the petitioners in the Shalarth Pranali within six weeks from today and start paying salary to them, then the respondents shall pay salary to the petitioners by offline mode.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
