The petitioner is awaiting decision of the Education Officer for grant of approval to her appointment in the light of the proposal forwarded by the Headmistress (Exh.J), dated 24/12/2020.

The learned Advocate for respondent No.3/Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule, on instructions, submits that respondent No.3 would take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the proposal of the petitioner (Exh.J.), as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from today.
