Perused the prayers in the petition and also the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of respondent no.3 by Abhimanyu s/o. Baliram

(2) Cri. W.P. No. 57 of 2015 Salunke, working as Police Inspector, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Latur. Para 8 of the affidavit in reply reads thus :- "

It is submitted that, the investigation regarding the property situated in Latur Sub-Registrar Office has been completed, therefore, the I.O., given a letter to the Sub Dist. Registrar, Latur, on 8-1-2015 by which given no objection to the alienation / transfer / sale of the properties belongs to the petitioner. "

In the light of statement in para 8 of the affidavit in reply reproduced herein above, in our opinion, the communication dated 20th November 2014, referred in prayer clauses "B" and "C" is of no consequence inasmuch as the respondent no.3 himself has communicated to the Sub-Registrar's office at Latur, on 8th January 2015, by giving no objection to the alienation / transfer / sale of the property which belongs to the petitioners.

In that view of the matter, further adjudication of this petition is not necessary. The petition stands disposed of in the light of affidavit in reply filed on behalf of respondent no.3.
