It appears that during pendency of this writ petition, the suit is disposed off on 03.09.2003. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has not granted any interim relief in this petition. However, the trial Court was directed to decide both the suits, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of six months from 03.03.2003. As per the office note, the suit came to be disposed off on 03.09.2003 within six months from the date of the order viz. 03.03.2003.

In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly disposed off as infructuous. Rule discharged.
