Issue notice to the respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives notice for all the respondents.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner No.1 as Librarian is pending with respondent No.3, then respondent No.3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within four months. 4.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
