Civil application is allowed by permitting applicant to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount deposited by appellant. Applicant to file an undertaking that such withdrawal shall abide by final order in the appeal. Applicant is permitted to file undertaking which is sworn before a Notary Public. 2.

Since it is reported that applicant is bed-ridden, applicant is directed to furnish details of his bank account and, the Registry is directed to transfer such amount into the bank account of the applicant.
