Perused the contents of para 15 in the affidavit in reply filed by the Superintendent of Police, Nanded. The Superintendent of Police, Nanded in para 15 has stated that, he has received instructions to complete the investigation within a period of eight weeks under the supervision of superior officer Shri. Tanaji Chikhale, Additional Superintendent of Police, Nanded and to give investigation progress report day to day to the office of Superintendent of Police.

In that view of the matter, Petitions are disposed of. However, we make it clear that, if the undertaking is not abided by the Superintendent of Police given in para 15 of the affidavit in reply, liberty to the petitioners to get the prayer revived in these Petitions.
