The registration of appeal has been refused by the order of learned Registrar dated 12.12.2017 on account of non-payment of court fees. 2.

The learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that due to financial difficulties, the court fees could not paid, though appeal was filed within time of limitation.

Considering the reasons given in the application, the application is allowed and the delay caused in filing the application is condoned. The order of Registrar dated 12.12.2017 is quashed and set aside. 4.
