Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The limited grievance is raised in the petition. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that while prosecuting the studies of the petitioner, he submitted his claim to the committee for verification in the year 2014. It is further submitted that till date, the claim is not decided and the petitioner completed his study by final year of Graduation Course and is in urgent need of validity certificate so as to stake his claim for future job.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner also invited our attention to the representation submitted to the committee on 17th December, 2018. 4.
In view of this limited grievance, we dispose of the petition by issuing direction to respondent No.2 committee to decide the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and not later than twelve weeks from the date of this order.

With this direction, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
