The order is already passed in Writ Petition No. 2741 of 2017 under order dated 01.03.2017 directing the Authorities to take final decision. 2.

Mr. Palodkar, the learned Counsel submits that only Report has been submitted to the Collector, no decision has been taken on it as yet.

For the same purpose another Writ Petition would not be maintainable. If, the Respondents have not followed the orders passed by this Court

2 wp 1354.2022 then, the Petitioner has remedy available against disobedience of the orders of this Court.

With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
