PER COURT :

Present application has been filed for bringing the legal representatives of respondent No.1A on record. The applicants themselves are the respondents and the present application is filed by the proposed legal representatives of respondent No.1A. It is to be noted that the intimation appears to have been given by the learned Advocate for the respondent No.1A on 05.02.2020 to the office of this Court and that intimation was under Order XXII Rule 10-A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. However,

CA_5488_2021 it appears that this application has been filed by the proposed legal representatives themselves on 11.01.2021. Under such circumstance, there is no question of delay, because the respondent and proposed legal representatives themselves are coming before the Court under this application. Since the Second Appeal itself is admitted long back and it is necessary to bring those legal representatives on record, the application stands allowed and disposed of.

The legal representatives be brought on record by the appellants within a period of two weeks from today.
