Heard both the sides. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, during pendency of this appeal, the appellant original claimant no.1-A died and the legal heirs have no knowledge about the pendency of the present appeal. The learned A.G.P. appearing for the state has not strongly resisted the application for bringing legal heirs on record.

In view of the above submissions, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
