The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding is pending. The result of the petitioner of the Third (1) MBBSSummer-2020 examination is with withheld. According to the petitioner, the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2015. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 2nd February, 2021.

The Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's Third (1) MBBS-Summer-2020 examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending and in case the petitioner is eligible, may appear for the further examination.
