Mr. Tekale, the learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent No.3. 2.

Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is placed in "No Admission" Category. The proceeding is pending with respondent No.2. The same is not yet decided, though the matter was remanded to respondent No.2 on 19.03.2020.

Mr. Tekale, the learned counsel submits that the respondent No.2 would decide the proceeding on its on merits at the earliest. 4.

In light of that, respondent No. 2 shall decide proceeding of the petitioner with regard to withdrawal of recognition, preferably within two weeks.
