1] We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4 and learned AGP.

2] The petitioners had made grievance that the place Bhoyre Pathar be included in difficult / hilly area. The Zilla Parishad has acceded to include the place Bhoyre Pathar in the list of Hilly / difficult area. Thereafter, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar on 23.08.2019 forwarded the proposal to the Divisional Commissioner for modification of the list and the place Bhoyre Pathar be declared as difficult / hilly area.

1176.20WP 3] In case the said proposal [Page-60] is forwarded by the Chief Executive Officer and the same is pending with Divisional Commissioner, Nashik Division, Nashik then the Divisional Commissioner shall take decision upon the said proposal on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within 6 months.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
