After hearing the learned counsel, it appears that the petition is premature in the sense that it is deficient in respect of demand by petitioner of justice and denial of the same. 2.

In view of the same, petition is not being entertained and stands disposed of. However, it would be open for petitioner to make such an approach as advised demanding justice before appropriate forum/authority/office/court.
