PER COURT :- Learned AGP appearing on behalf of the State, on instructions informs that, the Award though was prepared earlier, same has been declared on 4.7.2016. The acquiring body has been informed in respect of declaration of the Award and is further directed to deposit the amount. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 on instructions states that, the time limit prescribed under the order in respect of deposit of the amount would be observed and the amount would be made available within four months from today. The statement made is accepted.

In view of the statement made by respondent No.4, the grievance raised by the contempt applicant stands redressed. The Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
