Though by an order dated 10th January, 2020, Criminal Application No.138 of 2020, filed by Ganesh Murlidhar Limse, represented by learned Advocate Shri. S. J. Salunke to assist the Prosecutor has been allowed, the name of Shri. Salunke is not shown on the daily board. He has appeared today in the Court after a message was sent to him and submits that he did not notice the matter, as his name has not appeared on board and the computer also does not show his name.
