The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 15/3/2019, rejecting the application for discharge. As such, the order dates back to about three years. Even thereafter the charge has been framed. As such, nothing survives in the Writ Petition so far as regards the order impugned herein is concerned. The petition, therefore, stands dismissed so far as regards the order dated 15/3/2019.

The petitioners herein have urged the trial Court to grant them permanent exemption from appearance
